Chia, Honey, and Blueberry Facial Mask

Soothe inflammation with this homemade facial mask full of antioxidants and natural humectants.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp organic raw honey
  • 2 tbsp ground chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup mashed blueberries

Instructions

  • Soak chia seeds in water for 5 minutes. Strain off the water and mix in the remaining ingredients.
  • Apply to clean dry face and leave on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with cool water. Store any leftover mask in the refrigerator and use within 1-3 days.
