Healthy Snack Bites

These snack bites can be a quick and healthy pick-me-up to keep handy in your fridge.

Equipment

  • Food processor

Ingredients

  • 3 count Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/3 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 dashes powdered stevia

Instructions

  • In a food processor, blend together dates, pine nuts, coconut flakes. Move to a medium-size bowl and mix in almond butter, stevia, and cinnamon. Roll into small balls. Chill in your refrigerator and serve cold.
